To place an order, visit our boutique in person or contact us via phone or WhatsApp. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept cash and major credit cards.

3. Custom Design Orders:

For custom-designed gowns, a non-refundable deposit will be required upon order placement. Our team will work closely with you to create a unique gown that reflects your preferences and specifications. Changes to custom orders after confirmation may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Taxes:

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional taxes or customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Alterations:

Minor alterations to standard-sized gowns purchased from our boutique are complimentary. Significant alterations may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery and Shipping:

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the gown and the complexity of the order. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation. Shipping and handling fees may apply to orders delivered outside Bali.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products and the personalized service we offer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

8. Cancellation Policy:

For standard-sized gowns, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom-designed gown orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

We kindly request that guests respect our boutique's privacy policy and refrain from taking photographs without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.

10. Bridal Fittings and Appointments:

11. Care Instructions:
